Consulting

Visualization and analysis

We work with advanced design software within 2D and 3D CAD/ BIM, along with 3D- visualization tools that deliver precise models and presentations. Our visualizations provide a detailed understanding of the project’s design and architectural vision for clients, contractors and authorities.

Safety

We prioritize risk assessment in all the stages of the construction process, to keep safety in high levels, and we secure that all safety aspects are applied from the design until the execution. With high expertise and broad experience within all types of buildings we can handle complex tasks focusing on functionality and safety.  

As a member of the Danish Association of Architectural Firms and insured through the HDI Gerling, we provide safety and professional security for both clients and business partners.

Due diligence

We are working with great precision and responsibility in all our projects. With thorough due diligence we ensure that timetables, budgets and quality standards are met, while we determine and prevent potential risks early in the process, helping all the procedures run smooth and effective.

Sustainability

Another part of our services is Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) where we evaluate and optimize the building’s environmental impact through all stages of the life cycle. LCA is a strategic tool used during the design process, to minimize the environmental impact, reduce the carbon footprint and promote long-lasting design solutions. This process is also relevant during transformation projects, where we work with existing structures trying to improve their functional and environmental value.

Renovation of historical buildings

We have strong experience in renovation and transformation of listed buildings. We ensure that the historical and aesthetic values are preserved, while the buildings’ functionality complies with the today’s demands.
